Penthouse at Intercontinental Marina, Dubai
Lulie Fisher Design Studio has been appointed as Interior Designer for the full refurbishment of the Intercontinetal Hotel Serviced apartments - a twin tower development in Dubai Marina. Phase 1 is curently on site and includes 196 apartments ranging from 1 beds to 5 bed penthouses. Phase 2 is the design stages and includes the main etrance lobby, meeting areas, and hotel rooms. The final phase 3 will commece shortly and will include 5 signature F&B, an All Day Dining restaurant and a spa. The interior language is one of timeless elegance to suit the Intercontinental brand: a neutral backdrop with complex layering.
